Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (for prepaid orders).
- If your order was cash on delivery (COD), we will arrange a store credit or alternative refund method after confirmation.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of approval for the refund to be processed.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These include but are not limited to:
- Opened or used camping gear (e.g., sleeping bags)
- Personal accessories like socks or undergarments
- Custom or special-order items
